Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain enterprise network architecture for LAN, WAN, wireless, data center, and cloud
environments.
· Define secure, resilient, and scalable designs aligned with organizational objectives.
· Translate business requirements into architectural standards and documentation.
· Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
· Maintain architecture diagrams and configuration standards.
· Lead design and implementation of major network initiatives (e.g., migrations, integrations, expansions).
· Provide technical oversight during deployment and testing.
· Participate in support rotations as needed.
· Design and optimize wireless networks for high-density environments.
· Implement secure access and authentication strategies.
· Architect secure network topologies with segmentation and encryption.
· Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
· Collaborate with cybersecurity to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
· Prepare documentation for audits and compliance.
· Guide network monitoring and automation strategies.
· Ensure changes follow organizational policies and governance standards.
· Regularly engage with leadership and governance committees on network health and projects.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Professional certifications (e.g., advanced networking certifications).
Experience:
5–7 years of experience in enterprise networking within complex environments.
Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and network security principles.
Experience with redundancy, load balancing, and disaster recovery planning.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
