Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste principal(e) en fiscalité hautement motivé(e) pour se joindre à l’équipe de fiscalité canadienne. Ce poste offre une occasion unique de travailler dans un environnement dynamique, avec une collaboration transfrontalière, tout en soutenant les processus de conformité, de provision et de production de rapports fiscaux au Canada.

Responsabilités principales:

  • Préparer les déclarations de l’impôt sur le revenu des sociétés canadiennes ainsi que les documents connexes.

  • Tenir à jour des dossiers fiscaux exacts et conformes aux exigences réglementaires.

  • Calculer et verser les acomptes provisionnels, et assurer le suivi des remboursements et des avis de cotisation.

  • Préparer les provisions fiscales mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles selon les normes US GAAP.

  • Maintenir et rapprocher les comptes de taxes, y compris les soldes d’impôts différés.

  • Soutenir les vérifications fiscales gouvernementales et assurer les communications avec les conseillers externes et les autorités fiscales.

  • Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration des processus et aux projets d’optimisation des systèmes.

  • Soutenir les parties prenantes internes et externes en répondant aux demandes liées aux questions fiscales et en effectuant des recherches fiscales au besoin.

Exigences du poste:

  • Le bilinguisme (anglais/français) est requis.

    Permis comptable professionnel (CPA) obtenu ou en voie d’obtention.

  • Minimum de trois années d’expérience pertinente en fiscalité des sociétés canadiennes.

  • Solide compréhension de la législation fiscale canadienne et des exigences de conformité.

  • Expérience en préparation de provisions fiscales.

  • Maîtrise des logiciels fiscaux (Taxprep fortement privilégié) et connaissance de SAP.

  • Excellentes aptitudes analytiques, organisationnelles et communicationnelles.

  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement dans un environnement dynamique.

  • Aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter des échéanciers serrés.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Tax Analyst to join the Canadian tax team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-border environment, supporting Canadian tax compliance, provision, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Canadian Corporate Income Tax returns and related filings.

  • Maintain accurate tax records and documentation for compliance purposes.

  • Calculate and remit tax instalments, monitor tax refunds and tax assessments.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax provisions under US GAAP.

  • Maintain and reconcile tax accounts, including deferred tax balances.

  • Support government tax audits, liaise with external advisors and tax authorities.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

  • Support internal and external stakeholders by responding to inquiries related to tax matters, conducting tax research where necessary.

Position Requirements:

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required.

  • CPA designation or in-progress.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant Canadian corporate tax experience.

  • Strong understanding of Canadian tax legislation and compliance requirements.

  • Experience with tax provision preparation.

  • Proficiency in tax software (Taxprep) is highly preferred as well as knowledge of SAP.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
