McGraw Hill is a global education innovation company offering solutions from textbooks to EdTech platforms. We are looking for a Content and Project Management – Test Preparation plays a pivotal role in driving the execution of publishing projects across print and digital formats who will be .
This role is a 6 MONTHS contractual position, offering a focused opportunity to contribute to key projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
How will you create an impact?
You will manage content development and production workflows, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will combine strategic thinking with operational rigor to align product development with market needs and business goals.
What will you be doing?
Content & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end project execution across multiple titles from development to launch.
- Create and track project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with authors, SMEs, reviewers, and vendors to deliver quality content.
- Ensure timely content uploads and maintenance on McGraw Hill Edge.
- Conduct project reviews to address progress, risks, and mitigation.
- Maintain rights, permissions, and archiving within two weeks of publication.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as liaison between authors, reviewers, production, sales, and marketing.
- Manage vendors for quality, timeliness, and ethical compliance.
- Onboard and support new authors/SMEs, aligning them with editorial standards.
Strategic Product Development
- Shape content using market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback.
- Collaborate on print and digital product development for market relevance.
- Contribute insights for regional product roadmap planning.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure content quality, accuracy, inclusivity, and pedagogical soundness.
- Follow copyright, rights, permissions, and brand style guidelines.
- Update content proactively based on changing exam patterns.
Project & Workflow Management
- Oversee planning, resource allocation, and execution within budget.
- Monitor milestones, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Digital Publishing & Content Transformation
- Integrate digital workflows, eBooks, interactive tools, and multimedia.
- Work with tech teams to streamline digital delivery.
- Stay updated on trends and tools to enhance user experience.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Provide training and enablement resources for sales teams.
- Collaborate on marketing communication and promotional content.
- Address content corrections and updates for live products promptly.
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification in Publishing, Education, or Project Management is a plus
- 4–6 years of experience in editorial/content development or project management in publishing or edtech
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Familiarity with digital platforms and content management systems preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
