What You’ll Do
Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts selection and recommendations
Provide accurate pricing, product information, and order details
Pull, fill, and stage parts orders to support the service department
Communicate clearly with service technicians and advisors regarding parts availability
Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and storage area
Support team members and adapt to daily operational needs
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Previous parts, retail, or counter experience preferred
Passion for powersports, motorcycles, ATVs, or side-by-sides is a plus
Physical & Work Environment
Work performed indoors in a retail/parts department
Regularly lift and move items up to 25 pounds
Stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift
Frequent use of hands and arms to handle parts and tools
Continuous communication with customers and coworkers
