This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering the high-quality service our customers expect. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and identify necessary repairs.
- Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors and customers.
- Order and install the correct parts required for each repair.
- Complete all repairs efficiently and to manufacturer specifications.
- Follow dealership and OEM guidelines for safety and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of automotive technician/mechanic experience required.
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
