Position Summary:

  • Responsible for setting up the examination rooms for mid-term exams according to specific requirements.
  • Administers the delivery of the exams and documentation.
  • Ensures that students comply with regulations with respect to exams.
  • Alerts professor when students have a question or a concern, if arises.
  • At the end of the examination, period, collects all exam materials and ensures nothing is left behind in the examination room(s). Responsible for reporting back to the professor and ensure delivery of the exams.

  • Understanding and commitment to maintaining appropriate standards of confidentiality and security of materials.
  • Adhering to McGill University policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently;

Education/Experience:

  • Invigilating experience an asset.
