Position Summary:

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the Client Experience - Office Assistant will be expected to provide general assistance and customer service support in the Client Experience office. Responsibilities will include information distribution, membership sales and general customer service inquiries.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome customers

  • Respond to client calls and emails

  • Provide general information regarding Athletics and Recreations programs and policies

  • Provide membership sales service

Possible weekends shifts may be required depending on the schedule.


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • Ability to learn new software

  • Customer service oriented

  • Bilingual (French and English) considered a strong asset
