Administrative Assistant

The post

You probably already have an idea of what it's like to work with us, but just in case, here's what the role mainly entails:

• Support to the accounting department for the follow-up of invoicing related to projects, deposits
• Follow-up and verification of time sheets and production of reports to management
• Transmission, reception, scanning and filing of documents
• Production of various reports and forms
• Ensure the reception and distribution of mail
• Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors while maintaining the confidentiality of department information, including conversations, personal information, and medical records
• Coordinate and assist in administering all employee benefit plans
• Coordinate and assist in the planning and execution of employee relations events
• Perform all other related administrative tasks

Desired qualifications and skills

• The person has relevant experience in a similar position
• The person has experience in secretarial, legal, real estate and/or administration is an asset
• Mastery of the office suite
• The person shows initiative, is autonomous and easily manages several files at the same time
