We specialize in Emergency Services, Preventive Maintenance, and SOW projects. We are seeking a self-motivated, skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Commercial Service and Maintenance group.
Responsibilities:
Diagnoses HVAC, performance through observation, refrigeration, testing, and setup
Ability to troubleshoot commercial equipment
Operate power tools, hand tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to perform service on the equipment
Be able to track service-related tasks, materials, and labor hours on company provided iPad
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and management
Qualifications:
Preferred 5+ Years Commercial HVAC Experience
Preferred 5+ Years experience in HVAC maintenance/repair
Ability to follow a scope
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must have a valid driver’s license in the state in which you are applying and a good driving record
Ability to understand the use of gauges, meters, measuring instruments, and hand/power tools
Must have EPA
