Old North State Club is seeking a Kids Camp Counselor to join our team. This person should enjoy working in a team environment, show extraordinary guest service, and working with children.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Assist Camp Director(s) in all facets of kids summer camps and/or special events. These include themed weekly and daily camps.
• Execute planned activities for potential evening "Kids Club" events.
• Helps with set up & tear down for daily camp activities.
• Helps run activities for bigger family functions such as Memorial Day, July 4th, and more.
• Works closely with the Activities and/or Food & Beverage teams to run well organized and memorable events for our members and their families.
• Provides consistently high level of guest service to our membership at all times
• Enjoys working with children and can have fun but also understands the importance of rules, policies and procedures.
• Shows patience, energy and passion while working camps and events.
• Has open hours to work on weekends and evenings as needed. Most camps are Monday-Friday.

Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification or willing to get it
- Ability to effectively respond to feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members
- Previous experience in teaching or hospitality services a plus, especially in a child/youth setting.
Salary Range
USD $12.00 - USD $14.00 /Hr.What you'll do
