We are looking for a cool Performance Marketing Mentor to work part-time on an hourly basis. The main task of the role is to help students learn the material effectively in the learning process, so that everyone can find a job after completing our Java course.

What we expect from you:
- 1 year of commercial experience as a Performance Marketing Mentor and having a full-time job;
- Upper-intermediate English level and native Polish (reading/writing/speaking);
- Ability to communicate with people and help them solve problems;
- Ability to plan your time efficiently and organise your own schedule independently.

Your responsibilities:
- Checking the homework of students of the Java course;
- Answering students' questions in chat and on Google meet calls;
- Conducting mock technical interviews for students;
- Offering your own ideas to improve our learning process.
