About the Role
You will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of core modules across our oncology product suite (Patient Connect, Clinical Network, CTMS, Synergy-AI, and DUO). Working closely with Engineering, Data/AI, Clinical Operations, and business stakeholders, you will ship high-impact features on time and measure outcomes. This is a high-visibility role for people who thrive in complex environments, take ownership, and turn strategy into execution.

What You’ll Do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned modules within our oncology tech ecosystem.

• Gather and prioritize business and user requirements, translating them into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, Data/AI, clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company goals.

• Drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch, monitoring performance post-release and iterating rapidly.

• Lead cross-functional processes (backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, release planning) and enforce delivery discipline.

• Build strong alignment across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring transparency, ownership, and high execution standards.

• Serve as the product evangelist, communicating product vision, roadmap, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.

Who You Are

• 4+ years of product management experience in Software/SaaS (health-tech or enterprise platforms preferred).

• Proven success managing complex products with multiple stakeholder groups and technical dependencies.

• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and modern project management practices.

• Ability to convert business strategy into clear product requirements, KPIs, and delivery plans.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills (verbal, written, presentation).

• Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and track product performance.

• High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability, able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
