About this role
Job Purpose
- Lead and expand the leveraged Treasury sales business covering approved margin FX, leveraged structured deposits, and other eligible leverage-based solutions for qualified Retail and Wealth clients.
- Accountable for P&L delivery, margin risk management, client acquisition and project suitability while maintaining strong control, compliance and conduct standards
Key Result Areas
- Revenue Delivery: Meet and exceed leveraged Treasury revenue targets through disciplined client acquisition and retention.
- Margin Management: Define and monitor margin ladders, stop-out thresholds, and exposure limits in line with Market and Credit Risk policies.
- Product & Platform Leadership: Oversee leveraged FX, margin accounts, and approved structured yield products for eligible clients.
- Suitability & Conduct: Ensure comprehensive appropriateness testing, disclosures, and ongoing reviews of client eligibility.
- Pricing & Execution Quality: Coordinate with Trading to maintain competitive spreads and liquidity under volatile conditions.
- Digital & Systems Integration: Partner with Digital and IT to enhance margin monitoring tools, alert systems, and real-time dashboards.
- Risk & Audit Control: Ensure strong audit ratings with zero tolerance for breaches or unapproved leverage.
Training & Awareness: Drive continuous training for RMs and dealers on product risks, margin protocols, and client communications.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or Economics; ACI, CFTe, or CFA preferred.
- 8–10+ years in leveraged FX or margin trading/sales with proven P&L accountability.
- Strong command of leverage mechanics, liquidity, and volatility management.
- Proven leadership in high-risk Treasury sales environments.
Track record of “low-risk” audit results and compliance excellence.
