• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Promote NEOBiz account to Trade License Issuing Authorities & Corporate Service providers (CSP’s)
• Be the focal point of contact and required to build on the relationships to facilitate transition of business flow to Mashreq
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, including brochures, banners, flyers, presentations, and digital content, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure quality applications submitted by the partners and are monitored from veracity, as well as risk and controls perspective.
• Ensure Calls, Appointments, Meetings, Closures, References, Cross Sells of all the team members to achieve targeted sales numbers for the team.
• Attend trainings related to KYC, AML, Ethical selling and any other training conducted by the bank from time to time
• Participate in market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
