About this role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to join our Technology team in the GTB- AMS-GTB department. In this role, you will oversee and manage technology support, ensuring efficient issue resolution and smooth transaction processing. Your responsibilities will include monitoring applications and transactions, identifying and resolving recurring issues, and managing high-impact problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for daily status reporting, incident management, and change management, ensuring timely and effective resolution within defined SLAs.
