As the Business Controller for Sauna360 Inc, you’ll lead all aspects of accounting operations, ensure audit and tax compliance, and provide strategic financial insights that support growth and operational excellence.

• Are you a financial strategist? Own the month-end close and consolidation, ensuring accuracy and alignment across Sauna360 Inc.
• Do you have a sharp eye for risk? Assess accounting processes to minimize financial errors, focusing on E&O, warranty, internal controls, and company credit cards.
• Can you turn data into decisions? Build system tools that deliver actionable financial and operational insights to stakeholders.
• Do you inspire high-performing teams? Attract, develop, and retain a diverse group of dedicated accounting professionals.
• Are you a compliance expert? Direct year-end tax reporting and ensure full adherence to GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Do you thrive in cross-functional environments? Collaborate with FP&A, international controllers, and European Sauna360 entities to align financial strategies.
• Are you driven by continuous improvement? Identify and implement process enhancements that boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Do you lead with integrity? Ensure all authorizations align with Sauna360 group policy and uphold the highest standards of accountability.
   

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, including lead team management
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; SOX compliance experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP experience a plus
• Ability to communicate financials clearly to diverse collaborators
• Analytical approach with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative, and teamwork-focused approach

Hiring Range: $88,700.00 - $139,260.00

Many factor are taken into consideration in determininig pay, including education and location
