About this role
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:
Brindar soporte operativo al área de almacén mediante la recepción, almacenamiento, surtido y distribución eficiente de materiales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, calidad, veracidad de inventarios y tiempos establecidos. Opera equipos de manejo de materiales como montacargas eléctricos o de combustión interna.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

Puede ejecutar otras funciones que se le asignen de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa.
- Surtido de materiales a líneas de producción conforme a requerimientos.
- Almacenamiento adecuado y manejo seguro de materiales (Seguimiento a FIFO).
- Carga y descarga de mercancía en contenedores o unidades de transporte.
- Registrar los movimientos de entrada y salida de mercancía utilizando computadora o escáner, asegurando la correcta actualización del sistema.
- Detección y reporte de discrepancias en materiales o documentación.
- Ejecución de conteos cíclicos conforme a requerimientos.
- Mantenimiento básico y limpieza de equipos, incluyendo inspección de montacargas conforme a lista de verificación de seguridad.
- Mantener limpia y ordenada el área y pasillos asignados, conforme a los estándares de seguridad e higiene establecidos.
REQUISITOS MINIMOS DEL PUESTO:
EDUCACION
Secundaria terminada, Preparatoria (Es un Plus)
EXPERIENCIA
- Mínimo 1 año en funciones similares en entornos industriales o logísticos
- Manejo de montacargas (eléctrico y de combustión), pallet jack manual y/o eléctrico
CONOCIMIENTOS
- Manejo seguro de materiales y residuos peligrosos
- Uso básico de herramientas de medición y cálculo
- Conocimiento en sistemas de inventario ERP y/o WMS (Warehouse Management System) (No indispensable)
CERTIFICACIONES, LICENCIAS
Licencia o Certificación en manejo de Montacargas

- Capacidad para levantar, empujar, jalar y manipular materiales de distintos pesos y tamaños
- Buena agudeza visual y capacidad para distinguir colores (según área de trabajo)
- Exposición ocasional a ruido, vapores o partículas en el ambiente, dentro de los límites permitidos
- Trabajo en interiores, con movilidad constante durante la jornada
