Job Function:
The Associate, Steam & Woodwork is a cross-trained role supporting both steam assembly and sauna woodworking operations. This position will assemble steam generators and related components, as well as perform woodworking tasks to produce high-quality sauna components. Flexibility, precision, and teamwork are critical to ensure smooth production flow across departments.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assemble electrical sub-assemblies and finished steam products following detailed instructions.

• Conduct quality inspections and functional testing of steam units.

• Perform woodworking tasks include cutting, routing, sanding, and assembly of sauna parts.

• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work orders.

• Maintain organized and safe work areas across both departments.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process or quality improvements.

• Provide consistent, reliable attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.

• 1–2 years’ experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or electrical assembly preferred.

• Ability to lift 40-80 lbs occasionally.

• Comfortable working with both hand tools and power tools.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and quality focus.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
