About this role
A multidisciplinary practice dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with personal injury needs. Our team includes orthopedic physicians, chiropractors, neurologists, pain management specialists, and mental health professionals.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Board Eligible/Board Neurologist to provide care to patients with TBI. This is a full-time position (4 days per week) with no weekends or on-call responsibilities. The role offers a hybrid schedule with opportunities for telemedicine.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations in person and remotely
Conduct follow-up appointments (in-person and telehealth)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including chiropractors, interventional pain physicians, neuro rehab techs, and medical assistants
Participate in business development activities to support clinic growth
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system
Candidate Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology
Texas medical license (preferred)
Open to new graduates; experience not required
Strong interest in personal injury and patients with TBI

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $350,000 annually
Bonuses: Productivity-based incentives
Relocation Assistance: $15,000 – $20,000

Practice Details
Work Schedule: 4 days per week (flexible schedule), 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Patient Volume: ~20 patients/day once ramped up
Support Staff: Chiropractor, neuro rehab techs, medical assistants, and multidisciplinary physician team
Insurance: Primarily Personal Injury Protection (PIP)
