We are seeking a Child Psychiatrist to join our group that's located in Costa Mesa, CA on a full-time basis. The organization specializes in an innovative brain-body approach to diagnosis and treatment planning for a wide array of emotional, behavioral, learning, cognitive, and weight issues for children, teenagers, and adults. They provide a multi-modal approach to treatment that uncovers the root cause of your issues or challenges that are not discovered by traditional psychiatry. They believe it is critical to look at the patient's brain within the context of their life, which includes biological, psychological, social, and spiritual influences.

Child Psychiatrist Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
- Will consider telehealth for Physicians who can come onsite at least a few days per week
- Mon thru Fri, 9am to 5pm
- Weekends and evenings are not required and they are rarely called after hours
- $250k+ base salary plus production bonus
- Total potential compensation based on 50/50 split working 30 patient hours a week is $306,000 (with 4 weeks off a year)
- Healthcare benefits, Sick leave and CME coverage
- 401K plan and awarded ownership shares based on performance
- Malpractice coverage by the organization
- 100% outpatient
- All that coupled with their solid physician culture and continuous learning on the forefront of psychiatry

- Board certified preferred
- Current medical license in the state of California or willing to obtain
- Must be open to multiple treatment plan approach to mental health
