We are in pursuit of ensure raw materials are organized in line with planned requirements / manage stock levels to meet customer service requirements and minimum write-offs and ensure appropriate material allocation procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check the availability of Raw materials in the Right quantity, colour and article as per BOM in order to ensure availability in accordance with the plan
Provide accurate, timely, complete documentation to cross-functional departments with regard to the Purchase Order number, Shipping details (i.e. correct quantities for shipping, providing correct information to buyer, ensuring that shipment meets cargo cut off time), Packing Lists (check for accuracy of information, usage of correct material), priority clearance lists.
Manage supplier related liabilities to ensure accurate accounting and profitability management.
Verify consumptions in the Bill of Materials before the order has been placed in order to minimize write-offs.
Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the similar capacity
- Good Communication and Coordination skills
- Must be a person who has multitasking ability
