About this role
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate stock records and stock levels.
· Supervise the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials and supplies.
· Conduct periodic stock verifications and reports preparation to the management.
· Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.
· Coordinate with manufacturing plant, sourcing team, and other divisions to ensure timely material availability.
· Handle outsourced warehouse, subcontracting, processing and returns and ensure the timely materials transfers and accuracy.
· Handle waste disposal and coordinate with BOI/CUSTOMS
· Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management (ISMM) or equivalent qualification.
· 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
· Ability to work with SAP/ERP system and competency in MS office package .
· Organizational and communication skills.
