Intern - Workforce Management - Service Delivery (3 months contract)

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join us for a 3-month internship, assisting in the audit of employee personal files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct personal file audits as per guidelines, identify and document any gaps.
- Support the leadership team in preparing and completing documentation to address audit findings.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management, or equivalent professional or diploma qualification.
- Good organization and communication skills.
