Noyon Lanka, originally a joint venture between a French lace company and MAS Holdings, is a global leader in lace design and production. With design libraries in France and Sri Lanka and production facilities across Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and China, Noyon creates unique lace designs for international brands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up on and assist with supply chain–related improvement and innovation projects.
Conduct research on current markets, trends, and emerging technologies.
Support the execution of assigned process improvement projects under supervision.
Coordinate and engage with cross-functional teams (Production, Planning, Procurement, Warehousing, etc.) to support ongoing developments.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate in Textile and apparel degree or NDT
Good communications skills
Team working skills
