We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to oversee and co-ordinate all activities pertaining to the fabric/trims warehouse to service the Kreeda Division and its relevant outsourcing operations, in order to ensure issuance in a timely manner, fulfilling production requirements whilst ensuring the adherence of all procedures for receipt, storage and issuance of stocks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze and evaluate RMWH operational processes to ensure alignment with SAP workflows, while continuously identifying improvement opportunities. Act as a key facilitator between the SAP core team, controllers, and SAP power users by communicating new requirements and supporting daily issue resolution.
Compile, run, and analyze SAP reports and the Warewise (WW) reports to identify gaps and recommend system enhancements. Support stock counts by preparing reconciliation reports and providing necessary guidance.
Share relevant information with SAP teams and represent the warehousing function in key SAP‐related projects.
Maintain SAP and WW users through the access management tool by providing support, delivering necessary WW and SAP training, and troubleshooting system issues while coordinating with relevant teams within the Kreeda Division.
Identify gaps in system functions not supported by Darwin and provide temporary solutions until MAS TS implements a permanent fix, such as for the MRV process or transfer notes.
Perform activities to control and monitor the effectiveness of the Raw Material Stores by monitoring stock status reports to support management decision-making. Ensure timely fulfillment of production raw material requirements, maintain 100% stock accuracy, and ensure all relevant documents are properly filed.
Compile and generate reports to support the decision‐making process, including accurate and timely GRN (Goods Received Note) analysis reports. Prepare stock write‐off and disposable material reports, ensuring that all materials are properly transferred to the Brand Protection Unit.
Responsible for supporting and maintaining WW‐Systems for digital teams to meet reporting, functional, and analytical needs for process improvements. Maintain a database of all hardware linked to WW‐Systems and ensure regular calibrations and maintenance are carried out with IT team.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Degree/ Diploma in Textile or a relevant qualification.
2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
Effective Coordination and Communication skills.
Sound knowledge in health and safety standards including fall protection measures, risk assessment methods and Job Hazard Analysis.
RM operational analysis, Process alignment with SAP and WW
