We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to deploy and sustain Lean concepts and tools within the business unit in order to develop the employees to enrich productivity and quality of the operational/frontend process whilst creating a problem-solving culture within the organization.
Key Accountabilities.
- Implement new MAS Operating Systems, practices and processes to frontend/production and operations whilst carrying out special MAS Operating Systems projects through continuous improvements to facilitate the smooth functioning of the design to delivery process of the business.
- Prepare and conduct in-house training programs on MOS through analyzing information provided by consultants and secondary data/materials in order to impart knowledge and skills to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and generate MAS Operating Systems information regarding lean implementation status through reports, graphs, and visual display in order to deliver, improvements in production floor and facilitate management decisions.
- Evaluate Value streams along with the team leaders/process owners/group leaders/account representatives (Front end – customer base) in order to ensure all elements and requirements of the modules/accounts processes are in place.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Business Administration / Physical Science / Mathematics
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Good team player.
- Strong/ effective communication skills.
- Project management and leadership skills.
