Executive - Embellishment Development

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join the team as an Executive - Embellishment Development.  This role will enable to ensure all embellishment related bulk operations such as planning and delivery, managing raw materials, purchase- orders and related payments are handled in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Identify the Graphic techniques prior to Monthly Freeze plan/ design stage and conduct discussions with relevant developments to identify CTQ/CTP areas (Critical to Quality and Production)

• Attend pre-production meeting whilst discussing with relevant teams/customers on all important details of the new style

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure fabric is received by customers/development team on planned dates to ensure timely delivery of samples

• Coordinate with relevant customer teams on adaptation of finalized customer requirements of embellishment.

• Reservation of supplier capacity based on the plant requirement and create P/O’s onetime while coordinating with plant planning team

• Ensure supplier confirmation are align with plant requirements and discuss with relevant teams for solutions to discrepancies

• Create internal cut sending /receiving plan and attend for the concerns encountered with relevant teams

• Arrange regular supplier visits to create a smooth embellishment process and suggest changers as an when needed as per the SBU requirements.

• Coordinate with PCU team to get update of Raw Material to ensure of the smooth execution of embellishment plan

• Coordinate with Logistic team to arrange required transports with other embellishment plants.

• Oversee In- house embellishment operation process by managing machine / carder requirement while coordinating suppliers

• Attend to all issues reported by sewing plants and embellishment plants with relevance to embellishment quality, delivery & time lines, and take initiatives to corrective actions to resolve them

• Highlight relevant teams such as planning, merchandisers if issues arise which could disrupt production targets and intervene on find out remedial actions
   

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

• Degree in preferably in Textile and Clothing

• Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset

• 2 years of related experience in the relevant field 

• Strong communication skills

•  Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools
