Assistant ‐ Lean Enterprise
(Based at Biyagama)

Key Responsibilities:
- KOT budget handling.
- BOI pass and VMS pass arrangements.
- Develop Excel/Power BI dashboards for management decision making.
- Involve in process improvement fabric mill.
- Involve in organizing key activities related to promotional campaigns to enhance lean knowledge.
- Preparation of the 5S audit roster, PPT creation, and coordination of teams.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Undergraduate or a graduate in Data science or Human Resources or Business Management.
- Internship or 1 year of work experience in similar job role.
- Knowledge in Excel, Power BI or any other analytical tool.
- Having a good creativity and ability to design Presentations, Flyers etc.
- Good communication skills.

- The role involves handling KOT budgets, arranging BOI and VMS passes, and developing dashboards for management decision-making. Additionally, the assistant will support process improvements and organize activities related to promotional campaigns.
