Assistant ‐ Embellishment Development ‐ Operations
Based at MAS Active - Nirmaana Katunayake
The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend pre-production meeting whilst discussing with relevant teams and customers on all important details of the new style
- Attend to all issues reported by sewing plants and embellishment plants with relevance to embellishment quality, delivery & timelines, and take initiatives to corrective actions to resolve them
- Highlight relevant teams such as planning, merchandisers if issues arise which could disrupt production targets and intervene on find out remedial actions
- Coordination with external parties Email writing in moderate level & presentation skill in moderate level.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS - Degree in preferably in Textile and Clothing
- Pattern making, Grading and marker making Knowledge in Construction and machinery Costing and Consumption calculation
- Customer Communication Experience
- Good Communication Skill
