What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A sharp eye for detail - you'll be making sure every stitch and seam is just right.
- Great hand-eye coordination - you'll be working with different types of sewing machines and materials.
- The ability to follow written instructions and blueprints with ease.
- A strong sense of responsibility - being on time and dependable is a big deal here.
- Comfort working with machines and staying focused while seated for extended periods.
- A high school diploma or GED - it shows you're ready to learn and follow directions.
- Most importantly, you'll share our values: Integrity, Humility, Accountability, Teamwork, Understanding, and Professionalism.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating a variety of sewing machines (like single/double needle, overlock, CNC auto tracker, and more).
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and build plans.
- Staying organized and handling multiple tasks on your own.
- Following all safety and work procedures.
- Learning new skills and growing with us!
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who's detail-oriented and accurate.
- Good with measurements (you'll need to work within 1/16th of an inch).
- Comfortable using rulers and spotting small differences by eye.
- Self-motivated and ready to be part of a great team.
