Based in Atlanta, with additional offices in Carlsbad, Orange County, Chicago, Dallas, New York, and Sacramento, MHS litigates labor and employment matters on behalf of all of its clients, including several national employers.
MHS is seeking an attorney to work in our Orange County Office. This attorney will become an integral part of our employment litigation defense team and help defend single plaintiff lawsuits as well as wage and hour class action/PAGA matters, work directly with clients on strategy decisions, and have opportunities to represent them at hearings, mediations, depositions, and other proceedings.

Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications
JD degree from an ABA accredited law school
2-4 years of litigation experience, employment law and wage and hour class action/PAGA background strongly preferred
Active California State Bar admission
Understanding of current court and employment-related agency (state and federal) procedures
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
