St. Mary’s Medical Center seeks a Full Time Patient Service Representative to work in our HIMG Pulmonary Department. This individual will meet and greet patients for the Clinic as needed, schedule patient appointments, answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel or departments. File, fax, copy and send reports as necessary and perform other office related duties as needed or directed.
Some experience in an office or hospital preferred. Ability to use computer and type. Should have pleasant personality for meeting the public and should be able to meet all situations with tact and poise.
