Estamos buscando a una persona con gran talento para unirse a nuestro equipo de Strategic Advisory for Health en España, con un rol clave en el análisis del impacto de la salud de las personas en las organizaciones, la identificación de riesgos de salud clave y el diseño de estrategias de mitigación que aporten valor tanto a los empleados como al negocio.

Contaremos contigo para:

Identificación de riesgos y análisis del impacto de la salud

• Analizar datos de salud (claims, absentismo, riesgos psicosociales, proveedores).

• Identificar patrones, riesgos emergentes y costes directos/indirectos.

• Evaluar el impacto económico de la salud y el bienestar organizacional.

Diseño de estrategias de mitigación

• Diseñar programas preventivos y estrategias de bienestar basadas en datos.

• Definir coberturas, pathways y accesos a servicios adicionales de salud.

• Contribuir al desarrollo de modelos predictivos y rutas terapéuticas.

Optimización del coste de la salud

• Evaluar ROI/VOI de programas de salud.

• Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costes directos e indirectos.

• Proponer soluciones de salud eficientes y sostenibles.

Consultoría y relación con el cliente

• Coordinar proyectos de transformación en salud y bienestar.

• Elaborar informes ejecutivos, workshops y presentaciones.

• Acompañar la implementación de planes estratégicos.

Comunicación y activación

• Crear contenidos e iniciativas de engagement.

• Impulsar la adopción y alineación cultural.

Innovación y tendencias

• Integrar neurociencia, salud digital, prevención y riesgos psicosociales.

• Contribuir al desarrollo metodológico del área de Workforce Health.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Estudios en Psicología, Ciencias de la Salud, Salud Pública, RRHH, ADE o afines.
  • Máster en bienestar corporativo, salud laboral, prevención o analítica es un plus.
  • Experiencia entre 3 y 5 años en salud, bienestar corporativo, seguros, riesgos psicosociales o consultoría.
  • Experiencia con datos de claims, absentismo y bienestar.
  • Conocimiento de salud mental, prevención, riesgos psicosociales.
  • Capacidad de interpretación de datos y visión estratégica.
  • Habilidad para presentaciones ejecutivas.
  • Sensibilidad humana y enfoque en las personas.
  • Mentalidad consultiva y orientada a resultados.
  • Comunicación excelente y capacidad de gestión de proyectos.
