We will count on you to:

• Negotiate with the reinsurance market for the best terms and conditions for our clients' insurance programs in Power & Energy lines.
• Comprehensively manage placements and negotiations with both markets and our commercial segments.
• Prepare the deliverables established for business segments.
• Drafts proposal components and develop improvement initiatives in processes and negotiations that help Placement to win new business and opportunities.

What you need to have:

• New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Petroleum), Actuary, Economics, or Administration.
• Internship experience or no more than 4 years
• A high level of communication skills, essential for establishing good working relationships and skills in numerical analysis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel , and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI
• English language fluency
