What can you expect?
In this entry level role, you will provide administrative support to IS consultants, ensure that all data cleaning and production work is complete and accurate. Your role will also involve general administration work and following: -
- Ensure all process documentation (SOPs) is peer reviewed before release to stakeholders.
- Inform about process stages and provides updates to internal stakeholders.
- Gather information on meetings in market/industry and provides updates to internal stakeholders
- Make sure internal systems are up to date with information received by the team.

We will count on you to:
- Serve as a technical resource on survey production work and systems data set up. Make data cleaning process improvements recommendations to supervisor
- Obtain peer review approval and update status changes and monitor deadline deliverables.
- Communicate via email, phone, and meetings project status updates to internal stakeholders. Escalate any status risks to team members.
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in similar kind of work, statistical analysis, or related field preferred
- Good communications skills (verbal and written).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
