
Job Description:
At Mars Chile, we're looking for a Market Unit Q&FS Specialist who will be responsible for driving the Q&FS agenda through the development of our QMS for each Argentine, Chilean and Andean Market Unit. The associate will develop full knowledge & understanding of our business standards and quality systems to drive full compliance to our QMS. The position will build and implement trainings, manage the auditing program and quality incidents, drive continuous improvement and compliance to our standards and business expectations.
Working on governance of the External Manufacturing Quality Management (EMQM) program in the Market Unit (MU).
Undertaking the Co-packer Risk Assessment (RA).
Undertaking the co-packer audits and defining co-packer status.
Executing the External Manufacturing Program Risk Assessment (EMPRA) and Technical Specification documents.
Working on governance of the Distribution Quality Management (DQM) program in the MU involving the whole logistic pipeline (warehouse / transport / disposal).
Undertaking the Third Part Logistic Warehouse (3PL) Audit, Risk Assessment (RA) and define status.
Executing the Transport and Storage Specification (TSS) documents.
Leading NC, PRIMP, CAPA and SIRB CAPA follow-up in the MU.
Working on governance of the QMS process in the MU.
Leading MU relevant standards deployment and governance.
Working on Costumer and Consumer quality complaints, evaluation, respond, escalation and follow up, identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives to drive product quality and consumer/costumer complaint reduction. ·
Compilating and trend evaluation of all metrics related to External Manufacturing, DQM, PRIMP, CPM, CAPA and report to the Business Unit (BU) following the process and timeline defined.
Accountable for Performance Review and Hold & Release activities.
Graduated in Chemical Engineer, Food Engineer or other related graduation.
4+ years of experience in a technical area such as R&D, laboratory management quality systems, or food process engineering.
English – intermediate to advanced (written and spoken).
