This role requires a dynamic relationship-builder and results-oriented strategist who can execute winning customer plans that deliver across key levers: revenue, profit, assortment, shelving, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.</p><p></p><h2><b>What are we looking for?</b></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in <b>Business Administration</b> or a related field</p></li><li><p>5+ years of sales experience in the <b>FMCG</b> industry</p></li><li><p>Proven success managing <b>retail key accounts</b></p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Romanian and English required.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <b>forecasting, Nielsen data, and trade management systems</b> 📈</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel up to <b>10%</b> 🌍</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record 🚗</p></li><li><p>A strong love for pets 🐱ྀི ⋆🐾° ᡣ𐭩</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>What will be your key responsibilities?</b></h2><p></p><p>✅ Create and execute customer solutions that drive profitable sales growth across seasonal events, product placement, shelving, merchandising, and pricing—aligned with customer objectives, category leadership, and company goals<br />✅ Influence customers by delivering fact-based presentations that lead to mutually beneficial outcomes<br />✅ Lead new product launches with timely and effective execution to maximize customer impact<br />✅ Ensure accurate forecasting and follow-through on all agreed solutions with customers<br />✅ Manage customer trade funds in compliance with internal and external requirements, continuously improving the effectiveness of spending<br />✅ Provide customers with relevant category insights and make strategic recommendations for growth.
