Facility Services MRO Performance and Analytics Lead: Part of MGS Commercial, category Facility Services: Maintenance, Repair, and Operations. Leading the performance and analytics efforts for this area globally.
What are we looking for?
Experience in DT / Analytics / Supply / Supply Chain / Maintenance preferred
Ability to interact and build partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders and partners mainly on-site level
A reputation of credibility and integrity within the supply organization
Strong data analytics background
Strong performance measuring skill
What will be your key responsibilities?
Lead the performance and analytics development of the FS MRO category:
Accountable for creating and delivering effective performance and analytics reporting of global, regional and local MRO SLAs and KPIs with and to all segments
Owns the MRO dashboard and is the key user for MRO reporting tools. Responsible for needs identification and ensuring the development of relevant tools to enable effective reporting.
Driving maturation through compiling relevant insights from analytics
Responsible for identifying additional data sources to further drive standardization across service portfolio in close x-functional cooperation with e.g. MSE, Q&FS, etc.
Developing business partnerships to ensure link to DT and other stakeholders, including MGS performance team, providing dashboards and metrics on an ongoing basis
