Royal Canin is on a mission to transform each cat and dog’s health and wellbeing by pushing the limits of nutrition, knowledge, and services in partnership with pet professionals and pet owners. A key pillar of this mission is connecting with the Pet Owner through a Digital and eCommerce ecosystem, where sales are north of $1B in North America. The Digital Capability Manager plays a critical role in identifying and deploying priority Digital and eCommerce capability areas to upskill associates & drive accelerated online sales growth at Royal Canin across Business Units. Focused on growing Royal Canin and Eukanuba brand presence online, this role will assess Digital capability priorities, developing specific strategies and scaling organizationally, and share best practices and consultation with sales teams. Specifically, this role will enable Royal Canin to leap-frog our Digital capabilities by acting as the thought-leader & SME while developing & executing strategies in the following areas: New Online Business Models (like Social Commerce), Subscription/Auto-Ship, Online Price/Pack Architecture, eCommerce Vendor Strategy, Digital Capability & Training Strategy, and support overall eCommerce Strategy development & inputs into AEP/iVCP.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
