Mars Petcare, Sales Operations
Location: Warsaw
hybrid job up to 50%
This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, and providing strategic insights to boost sales growth and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders and lead a team focused on enhancing our sales support systems and reporting capabilities.
Analyze sales data trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Collaborate with Sales Leadership, SRM, Category, and Finance teams to translate business needs into system and reporting solutions
Lead the team managing and developing sales support systems tailored to the Polish market
Oversee the design and continuous improvement of dashboards, KPIs, and analytical reports
Deliver clear, evidence-based recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team
Close collaboration with Digital Technologies Team
Degree in Quantitative Methods, Finance, Management, or Economics
Experience as a Business Development Manager, SRM Manager, or Category Manager in FMCG
Experience in project management
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven leadership and project management experience
Contract of employment.
