Position Summary
Join Marriott Vacation Club as a Telemarketer (Vacation Planner) and become part of a globally recognized brand known for excellence, inclusivity, and career growth. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients and introduce them to exclusive vacation opportunities; no cold calling required. We provide full training, a supportive team environment, and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with warm leads to promote discounted vacation packages
· Build rapport with prospective clients over the phone
· Match guests with suitable holiday options based on their preferences
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities
· Meet and exceed performance targets
· Participate in ongoing training and development
Qualifications
· Diploma or equivalent
· Strong verbal communication skills in Japanese
· Friendly, confident, and enthusiastic personality
· Active listening and questioning skills
· Target-driven mindset
· Flexible availability (5 days/week)
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (potential monthly earnings from 60,000 THB to 120,000 THB subject to individual performance))
· 16-week training bonus
· Two days off per week
· Van transfer and canteen provided (Phuket site)
