RESPONSABILIDADES GENERALES:
Responsable de dar la bienvenida a todas las llegadas y evitar que se formen aglomeraciones en la entrada del lobby. Ayudar a los clientes de forma eficiente, cortés y profesional según los standards de hospitalidad de MVCI.
RELACIÓN LABORAL:
Reporta a: Front Desk Supervisor/Front Desk Manager/ Concierge Supervisor
Supervisa: N/A
Interactúa: Asociados de MVCI y clientes
FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:
- Ayudar a los clientes que llegan al resort y aparcan frente al lobby a sacar su equipaje
- Informar cualquier información de relevancia para otros departamentos o a los diferentes turnos utilizando los canales correctos de comunicación.
- Leer diariamente los emails, para estar al día de lo que sucede en su puesto de trabajo.
- Mantener un nivel alto de higiene personal y llevar el uniforme de trabajo siempre que sea necesario.
- Mantenimiento y limpieza de los carritos de maletas.
- Conocer los procedimientos en caso de incendio y seguridad en el trabajo.
- Reportar todo aquello que salga de lo habitual al MOD, FOM o Resort Manager.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía en todo momento.
- Mantener la limpieza y orden del cuarto de maletas.
- Mantener el lobby en orden, comprobando constantemente las bebidas, sofas, cojines…
CUALIFICACIONES:
- Nivel medio de inglés.
- Nivel medio de árabe
- Buena actitud de servicio.
- Buena organización y trabajo en equipo.
REQUERIMIENTOS FÍSICOS.
- Ser capaz de levanter unos 30 Kg. de peso y subir hasta 5 pisos.
- Agudeza visual.
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie muchas horas.
Tolerancia al estrés.
- Buena habilidad para comunicarse.
TAREAS MARGINALES.
- Llevar a cabo todas aquellas tareas que le pidan los Jefes del Departamento para el normal desarrollo del trabajo.
OTROS.
- Puntualidad y llevar la chapa identificativa siempre que esté trabajando.
- Desarrollar las tareas del tiempo normal dedicado a las mismas.
- Proactividad en el trabajo.
- Mantener una actitud y un compromiso que permita proporcionar un excelente servicio a clientes y asociados, independientemente del puesto que ocupen.
