About this role
- Lleva a cabo el acomodo de la cámara refrigeradores de su estación, para el correcto aprovechamiento de los productos.
- Verifica que cuenta con todo el equipo productos necesarios para cumplir con sus tareas, manejándolos adecuadamente para evitar desperdicio y mermas.
- Se asegura de desempeñar todas las tareas asignadas y producciones solicitadas por su jefe inmediato en forma eficiente y oportuna, cumpliendo con las especificaciones requeridas y los procedimientos establecidos.
- Maneja con extrema precaución todo el equipo de operación al transportarlo para evitar accidentes, derrames o roturas, cumpliendo en todo momento con las normas de seguridad.
- Cumple con los procedimientos y estándares de limpieza e higiene en el desempeño de sus labores, asegurando la calidad y confiabilidad de los alimentos que se preparan.
- Se asegura que los productos utilizados en las preparaciones cumplan con los estándares de calidad, cantidad y rendimiento, informando de cualquier anomalía o desviación a su jefe inmediato.
