SUMMARY
The CSS Program is an individualized support program designed to assist people with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals while living in the community. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate staff to work one-on-one or with small groups in community settings. Responsibilities include providing prescribed levels of supervision and implementing behavioral interventions, maintaining timely communication, and accurate documentation. Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including, Nutrition and dietary support, budgeting and money management, cleaning and maintaining a safe environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 3 to 6 months related experience and /or training, or human service training certificate. Experience using basic computer programs.
