High school diploma is preferred. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. Position requires a valid Florida Driver License. Position requires a Class "D" Security License. Must have the ability to obtain a CPR/AED certification. Prefer security and transportation background. Must have high proficiency using various computer applications. Will be assigned to transport residents and staff on the community grounds.
Additional Job Duties if filling in for concierge: 1. Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage. 2. Serve as receptionist and greet all guests, residents, vendors, suppliers, and outside service providers. 3. Distribute packages, business mail and magazines. 4. Maintain visitor sign-in logs. 5. Monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire alarm board (where applicable). 6. Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to public. 7. Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff. 8. Prepare correspondence, memo, and other documents.
