Senior Project Manager
Qualifications
- Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineer with at least 3 years experience in leading industrial projects in a multicultural environment.
- Experience in Automotive/ Mechatronic industry will be an asset.
- Leadership and ability to lead international project teams.
- Common Sense & problem solving skills (8D, QRQC)
- Work under pressure, Conflict resolution and excellent Communication skills are required.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Languages: Fluency in oral and written English & French are required.
- Software Tools skills (e.g. SAP, Agile, MS Office….)
Responsibilities
- Lead programs in the project lifecycle
- Introduction of new product variants according to customer requirements.
- Lead Multi-cultural project teams and technical experts.
- Product Engineering Change Management.
- Lead Customer meetings.
- Creation of project schedules in compliance with customer milestones.
- Projects Budget planning and controlling.
- Lead product cost reduction workshops VA/VE.
- Coordinate troubleshooting related to product, process issues and customer complaints.
- Lead production capacity extension investments to align with customer forecast.
- Support Production relocation activities (Internal & Suppliers)
- Regular project reporting to management.
- Evaluation of completed projects (Lessons Learned).
- Participate in continuous improvement workshops
