IMS Specialist
Qualifications
- Master degree in Integrated Management System-Health & Work Safety
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Health & Safety roles within an ISO 45001‑certified company.
- Skilled in assessing risks, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining compliance.
- Fluent English; German language skills are a valuable asset.
- High level of organization, ability to manage documentation systems, audits, and strong problem‑solving
- Proven communication, collaboration, and team work skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of new IMS requirements and ensure the full compliance with ISO 45001 requirements.
- Ensure Compliance with Corporate, Customer, and Legal Requirements.
- Support the design, creation, and updating of corporate policies, procedures, and standards necessary to meet IMS and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policies are effectively deployed and understood across all locations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits related to Health & Work Safety and ISO 45001 compliance.
- Act as the primary interface for external audits, ensuring the organization is fully prepared, responsive, and aligned with certification requirements.
