Expert Process Technology
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong
knowledge of assembly technologies, automation systems, tooling, and
production equipment.
- Proven
experience with lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and
quality standards.
- Hands-on
experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving in
a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to
work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production
setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop,
implement, and optimize assembly processes for both manual and automated
production lines.
- Define,
standardize, and monitor work instructions, tools, fixtures, and
production equipment.
- Analyze
and troubleshoot assembly defects, equipment malfunctions, and process
deviations.
- Support
new product introductions (NPI), including line design, setup, validation,
and ramp-up.
- Train
production operators and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and
operational standards.
- Drive
continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity,
quality, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance,
Engineering) to ensure stable and capable processes.
