• Assemble fabricated parts or finished products
• Use hand tools, glue guns, and an AVK gun to assist in assembly
• Monitor and maintain product quality
• Performance Measures (Accountability)
• Key performance measures remain relatively constant over time.  Annual performance measures priorities/weightings, and specific targets will be agreed to and documented each performance period.
• Responsible for quality products.
