Job Title: Director of Business Development
Location: Remote with travel as required
Reports to: Platform President, HVAC Platform
Who We Are
The HVAC Platform at Marmon includes M&M Manufacturing, Coilmaster/HPT, and TMI Climate Solutions. Together, we deliver innovative HVAC solutions across industries and are now expanding into the fast-growing data center market with advanced cooling technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business development strategy focused on data center growth.
- Build relationships with end users (e.g., Meta, AWS, Microsoft), consultants, GCs, and co-location companies.
- Identify new opportunities and align them with platform objectives.
- Act as the data center subject matter expert for internal teams.
- Partner with platform companies to meet customer needs.
- Represent the platform at key industry events.
- Track pipeline activity and report on results.
What You’ll Need
- 8–10+ years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.
- 5+ years in the data center market or selling large-scale infrastructure solutions (HVAC preferred).
- Strong industry relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Pay Range:
128,000.00 - 192,000.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!
